This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel subscriptions for Bot B2B, Inc..
1. How to cancel (self-serve)
You can cancel online in your account: Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription (or similar path shown in the dashboard).
If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected] from the email associated with your account.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Unless stated otherwise at purchase:
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- You will typically retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.
- We do not generally provide prorated refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
3. Invoiced customers (B2B)
For invoice-based customers, cancellation terms may be defined in an order form or master agreement. If no separate agreement exists, cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current paid period after all outstanding invoices are paid.
4. Data after cancellation
After cancellation or termination, we may retain certain information as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., for legal compliance, security, and backups). You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
