This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for Bot B2B, Inc. Services.

1. General rule

Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, all fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused usage, or downgrades.

2. Exceptions

We may issue refunds in limited circumstances at our discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical billing errors
  • Other cases where a refund is required by law

If we approve a refund, it will typically be issued to the original payment method where possible.

3. Purchases via Telegram Stars

If you purchased via Telegram Stars, refunds (if available) may be processed through Telegram mechanisms and may be returned as Stars rather than to a bank card.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact [email protected] first. Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.
