Subscription & Billing Terms

These Subscription & Billing Terms (“Billing Terms”) apply to purchases of paid plans and services offered by Bot B2B, Inc. through https://botb2b.ai and are incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. Plans and Pricing
We offer subscription plans and may offer usage-based limits or add-ons. Current pricing is displayed at checkout or in an order form/invoice.
2. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, annual, or as shown at checkout) until you cancel.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
3. Free Trials and Promotions
If you start a free trial, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. The price and billing cadence will be disclosed before you start the trial or before conversion, as applicable.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Card payments (self-serve)
Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We generally receive limited billing metadata (e.g., status, last 4 digits, and expiration month/year).
4.2 Invoices (B2B)
For invoice-based customers:
- Payment terms (e.g., Net 15 / Net 30) will be stated on the invoice or order form.
- You are responsible for timely payment of invoices.
- If you dispute an invoice, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date, otherwise the invoice is deemed accepted.
- Late payments may result in suspension of access until payment is received.
4.3 Purchases via Telegram Stars
If you purchase access, credits, or services via Telegram Stars or other platform-specific mechanisms, the transaction may be processed by the platform. Platform rules may affect receipts, cancellations, and refunds. Where applicable, refunds may be issued in Stars rather than to a card.
5. Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or government charges, except where we are required to collect them.
6. Price Changes
We may change prices from time to time. If your plan price changes, we will provide notice as required by law. Price changes typically apply at the next renewal.
7. Non-payment
If we cannot charge your payment method or you do not pay an invoice when due, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features until payment is received.
