How the platform is organised

• Accounts are the channels where customers write to you: a Telegram bot, your personal Telegram or WhatsApp number, a website widget or email. One account is one connected channel.
• Bots are AI scripts: what the bot knows about your business, when it creates a lead, when it asks a human for help and when the conversation is over. One bot can answer in several accounts.
• Chats and Leads collect every conversation and every contact the bot captured, from all channels, in one inbox. Your team can step in at any moment.
• Notifications deliver leads and help requests to Telegram, email or your CRM, so nobody waits for an answer.
• Team adds colleagues with per-section permissions, a duty schedule and automatic assignment of conversations.

   Create an account

   Open app.botb2b.ai and register with your email and a password, or sign in with Telegram in one tap. Registration is free and no card is needed: starter tokens for testing every feature are already on your balance.

   Open Front Desk

   Everything about customer conversations lives in the Front Desk section of the left menu. Its tabs are Overview, Accounts, Bots, Chats, Leads, Schedule and Reports. The other menu items are CRM, Tasks, AI Staff, Knowledge bases, Team and AI Chat.

   Connect your first channel

   Click Add account and pick where customers write to you. The fastest start is a Telegram bot: it takes two minutes to create in BotFather and one to connect. Follow Create a bot in BotFather and Connect a Telegram bot.

   Create a bot and assign it to the account

   Right after connecting, the platform offers to create a Chat reply bot. Describe your business in your own words in Smart mode, or write a full prompt in Professional mode, then assign the bot to the account on its Bot assignment tab. Every field is explained in Bot settings: every field.

   Test it and switch on notifications

   Write to your bot as a customer: the conversation appears in Chats with the bot's replies. Then set up notifications and CRM so leads and help requests reach you in Telegram or email, and add colleagues in Team schedule.

Channels you can connect

How billing works

Every feature is paid with tokens, the platform's single internal currency. Each bot reply, image generation or AI staff task deducts tokens from the balance. The plan defines how many tokens, connected accounts and team seats you have; plans are Start, Business and Business+, managed in Subscription.

Starter tokens are enough to set up a bot and check it in real conversations. Start with one channel: connecting it takes 10 to 15 minutes.
